FreeWant to quit tobacco for good? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to do it alone.
Join us for Freedom From Smoking®, a free, 8-session virtual program designed to help you quit smoking or using tobacco in a supportive, science-based environment.
Program starts Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 6:30 PM
Sessions are held weekly on Wednesday evenings via Zoom.

A positive, community-based approach to behavior change

Help building healthy habits around stress, exercise, and nutrition

Free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges)

This is a structured 7-week program with 8 sessions. Each session builds on the last, so consistent attendance is important.
Open to residents of Eastern Connecticut. Pre-registration is required.
